Monday, 6/1, we tap our last cask for the season: a Jewish Rye IPA. This cask is dry-hopped with toasted caraway seeds to add another layer of flavor and aroma to our spicy, citrusy Krogh Hop IPA. Casks will return to the venue next Fall. On Friday, 6/5, we tap a Rye IPA as one of our seasonal beers. This is a hoppy, moderately strong, medium-gold colored ale with an earthy, citrusy hop aroma achieved by dry-hopping with multiple late hop additions. Both brews pack a punch with an AbV of 5.8%.
