In 1998, Krogh’s Restaurant was officially renamed to Krogh’s Restaurant & Brew Pub when owner, Bob Fuchs, and head chef, David Carl Cooper, decided to build a state-of-the-art brewery on premises. It was then the first and only brew pub in Sussex County, and we are proud of that claim-to-fame. Under the guidance of David Carl Cooper, and our assistant brewer, Bud Usinowicz, together they have been making 6 handcrafts, 1 rotating Seasonal and various Cask-Conditioned Ales.
